Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist patients in reaching and maintaining their optimal health within a patient-centered care model across various settings, including acute care, transitional care, personal care homes, primary health care, public health, and home care.
- Work to the full scope of practice while engaging in ongoing education to maintain competencies aligned with Southern Health-Santé Sud policies.
- Follow the standards and ethics set by the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba and the Regulated Health Professions Act, using independent judgment and initiative in work prioritization and task management.
