Requirements:
- Language: Proficiency in English.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience: 1 to less than 2 years of experience.
- Certifications: Mental Health First Aid, First Aid, CPR, Nursing Aide, and Health Care Aide certificates.
- Security: Basic security clearance.

- Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to distinguish colors.
- Capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as bending, crouching, kneeling, and a mix of sitting, standing, and walking.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting patients with daily activities, such as emptying bedpans, checking vital signs, and serving meals.
- Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and moving patients as needed.
- Maintaining clean and organized patient rooms, beds, and handling patient transportation within care facilities.
- Supervising patients’ exercise routines, managing supply inventories, and accompanying patients on outside activities for their comfort and care.
- Transporting patients via wheelchair or stretcher.
