Key Responsibilities
- Operating and driving vehicles such as cars, vans, and light trucks for pick-up and delivery
- Providing professional customer service
- Communicating with dispatch centers
- Loading and unloading parcels
- Using maps and trip planning tools
- Keeping records of mileage, fuel usage, and reporting any issues with the vehicle
- Performing vehicle inspections before, during, and after trips
- Hand-delivering packages when required
